WHO WE ARE

The company was founded from humble beginnings—just a builder with a digger on a mission. With firsthand experience in the wider construction industry, our founder brought not only practical expertise but also a holistic understanding of the full construction process. This insight helped us quickly recognise a critical challenge: the often-disruptive nature of our work to those operating above ground. Addressing this pinch point became a priority.

From the outset, we understood that two elements would be key to our success: investing in the right equipment—and, more importantly, in the right people. With a clear vision and a commitment to long-term growth, we began steadily acquiring our own machinery and developing a team culture built on skill, accountability, and trust.

Central to everything we do is a focus on relationships. Whether with clients, consultants, or subcontractors, we believe that strong partnerships are the foundation of successful projects. Our team of skilled carpenters, machine operators, and truck drivers brings a strong foundation of construction knowledge, paired with a forward-thinking mindset. We embrace new-age techniques, technology, and smarter ways of working to deliver efficient, high-quality results.

Roy Wykes – Director

Roy’s journey started as an apprentice builder over 20 years ago. With a few good years of experience under his belt, he qualified as a builder and licensed building practitioner.

However, he’s always had a passion for heavy machinery and civil works and slowly transitioned into the field where his heart was.

Over the next 2 decades, he has honed his skills working for some large civil firms from excavator operator all the way to operations manager and has delivered numerous large scale successful projects for both private and public sector clients.

In his spare time Roy likes to go hunting and fishing and spend time with his family and friends.
